What Obama should do as president to reduce the population in our prisons?.?

I think Obama as president should realease all African-Americans from our prisons because they are there as a result of racial profiling and racism. The remaining prisoners should be put into a completely revamped prison system based on an Arizona sherrif's tent prison. The perimeter still has double-fences topped with razor wire, but the inmates live in tents, wear PINK jumpsuits, eat (i kid you not) nothing but baloney sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner, drink nothing but water, and during the day do hard labor as part of chain gangs.



If someone gets out of line you simply put them in a seperately fenced off section in their tent until they decide to chill out.



All at a fraction of the current cost.|||Your question reminds me that Obama voted against the death penalty for gang members.|||There are programs out there to help prisoners to go back to society..

So you just want ALL the African Americas out of prison but not the whites? hum and people say whites are racist go figure.

There are many Innocent people in jail, white, black, Mexican,

Why don't they start really looking into the prisoners that there is no stone cold evidence on them and start with them, for them to be free.

Just remember many of these prisoners are doing time in jail for murder and you want them free?

the way it is in NYC and other places if the black man would have lived HE probably would have gone to jail~!!!



the trial was done by a judge and no jury because they said the police would not get a fair trial~!!!
