Do the math, with 3 sims, and a $50 charge to set up to play in the league, and a weekly greens fee of $20, with 48 league players all winter long will generate approximately $27,340.00 (that is only 4 days a week and only 3 sims). This income does not include food and beverage if you have a restaurant and/or bar on premises. Good Luck, if you need more information on this contact me. I am a dealer for simulators, I can show you the ropes of all of the simulators on the market.

Plus, the general public will pay about $32 per hour to play on the simulator. You can sell advertising space to other local businesses, by placing their business ads on certain holes in the game. Rent out the sim space for B-Day parties, Bachelor Parties, Corporate Meetings, Fundraising (fundraising is absolutely huge).

Good LuckWhat would be possible sources of revenue for a golf course? You already have twelve ideas from other contributors, so let me just chime in a few more specific winter ideas. Golf courses are ideal for cross-country skiing. The investment for buying/renting equipment to groom trails is not that large, so they can market groomed trails, rentals, and a bar/restaurant for after skiing. If the course is hilly, they can design access for sledding and tubing.|||A golf course or country club has several forms of income starting with membership dues, guest fees, tennis and pool memberships, pull cart rentals, motorized cart rentals, bar sales, food sales, pro shop sales both clothing and equipment,, club house rentals for parties and weddings, golf lessons, outside golf outings sponsored by members, tee marker sales, tournament entry fees, locker rentals and driving range receiptsWhat would be possible sources of revenue for a golf course? If there is a nice clubhouse with dining room, corp meetings could be held with possible golf afterward.

if the course has a club house they can rent it out for social gatherings.|||Hold parties, clinincs, discounted tee times (nobody wants to play in winter).
