How should i spend my time practicing for golf?

I am 14 and I am about a 12 handicap....I golf almost everyday and would love to improve my game. How should i spend my time practicing for golf?I would make sure you get the most out of your practice. When you are on the driving range make sure you hit every shot like it was out on the course, even do your pre-shot routine if you have one. Most people get out on the range and hit ball after ball without any purpose. Practice with a purpose, visualize and practice shots you will use on the course, it will help you.

When you are on the putting green you should try to hole 100 putts in a row from 3 feet out, if you miss one start over, go until you make 100 straight. You should try to do that alteast once a week. It can be painful but all of the repetitions will help your stroke and the fact you have to make 100 straight or you start over will help you putt better under pressure and give you a lot of confidence on short putts. I hope these things will help you as much they helped me, Goodluck!!!|||If you want to improve your game note on your scorecard the following information for every hole you play for the next year. Drive =L,R or S for straight __-Yds for distance: GIR ?yes No!, If no, next shot : How far from pin? # of putts. As you start playing more you will notice where you need practice. Concentrate on that phase of the game until it becomes decidedly better than it was. In the meantime you are building statistics for the next worst part of your game. Go through the same procedure with that phase. Don't go to #2 phase until you have seen great improvement in Phase #1.How should i spend my time practicing for golf?Hi, I think putting is the most important aspect of scoring. What I do is practice this for 1 hour a day. I take 3 tees and put one at 3 feet, the next at 6 feet from a diff angle, and the next at 9 feet from a diff angle. Take 3 balls and start at three feet and make them all in a row. Then go to 6 feet then to 9 but whenever you miss you have to go back to 3 feet. Next I take my shag bag with 100 Brigestone B330's and go to the chipping green. I spread them out and I hit a pitch then a chip then a flop. I'll hit for about 45 minutes. I then go to the driving range and play a full round of golf. I take the score card and hit my drive for the 1st hole then my approach. I play a full 18 holes then work on what gave me trouble.|||Shortgame(shots from 100 yards and in, pitch and chip shots, and putting) is of the upmost importance. Personally I feel if I can hit greens in regulation enough, I can shoot even par easily. It may be illogical to think you'll hit every green in regulation, but I feel if I can hit every fairway, I should hit every green. I save par pretty often. How should i spend my time practicing for golf?Don't just hit ball after ball on the range, you'll just make bad habits worse and get frustrated.

Get to a field where you can hit a few, or simply get as much time on the course as you can.

Any course even just nine holes on your own if you can.

Mainly....ENJOY IT!|||I got these plastic golf balls that you can use in your yard, They have holes in it so they don't go far. They are good to practice form when driving. Those are good, I use them a lot to practice.|||all day everyday|||2 words .... SHORT GAME!!!!
