How exactly do I remove the speed limiter from an Electric Golf Cart?

I've recieved a couple good answers as to how to make an ordinary electric golf cart go faster. A few people have mentioned removing or disabling the limiter/regulator. Where is it exactly on a golf cart and how specifically do I disable or remove it?How exactly do I remove the speed limiter from an Electric Golf Cart?I think the speed limiter is on a gas golf cart only, i believe the only thing you can do is change out gear ratios or get taller tires if you dont want to upgrade motors or batteries.
