How can I check engine code of Volkswagen Golf?what year its your car and what type of engine it is? 1.8t? 2.0? 2.0t? some cars got the engine code of the driver door.. its a white sticker or open the hood and look around for a sticker , if you want to do it the hard way get under your car and look around for the code|||I'm not too familiar with the european engines, but most are on either a sticker on the timing belt cover or engraved on a flat spot on the cylinder head just under where the valve cover bolts on (usually in the front).How can I check engine code of Volkswagen Golf?Are you talking about finding the "engine code" or the "engine serial number?'|||in trunk where the spare tire is!
