What did Saddam Husein have, that neither Obama or Bush could attain to provide Peace and Prosperity to Iraqis?

It seems strange that in just one Decade Bush and Obama could bring the Strongest Secular Democracy in the Mideast to a state of ruin.



The most amazing part is Obama actually got a Peace Prize for destroying Iraq.



BTW what ever happened to the 18000 Iraqi students that were attending US colleges. Did they find another Country to study Medicine and Science in.
