How can KSM get a fair trail after obama and holder have deemed him guilty and deserving of the death penalty?

What is going to happen when one of KSM's lawyers protest to the judge that it is impossible for his client to get a fair and impartial trial because obama and holder have corrupted all potential jury members with their statements that KSM will be found guilty and will be put to death?



Now that obama and holder have said on national TV that the accused is guilty what options are left, if any, for the trial of KSM?How can KSM get a fair trail after obama and holder have deemed him guilty and deserving of the death penalty?Obama and holder will not be on the jury and most people do not retain information they here longer than 2 min. so their comments will not prevent a free trial, but it will be a lot easier for them to get one in a military tribunal than in a civilian court. He wasn't concerned about a fair trial when he murdered 3,000 people in fact they did not get a trial at all.~
