Both democrats and republicans agree that obama is the one that caused the housing crises but I think i found the reason. Don't you think that obama caused the collapse of the housing market so that poor people/minorities could move into neighborhoods that would usually be dominated by whites? Sort of an affirmative action thing, trying to "integrate" our normally safe neighborhoods.

Actually many neighborhoods are ';white' because they have the income to live in certain neighborhoods whereas people who are poorer cannot afford to move in.



But NO - - - and Obama did not create the housing so called crisis the housing market began to implode in 2006 and was fully in destruct mode in 2007 unless you are saying that then Senator Obama did some magical Voodoo Dance to cause the market to implode. Irresponsible policies have plagued the housing market for centuries this is only the most recent example.



But to say it again: neighborhoods should be open to all people no matter their perceived color or perceived inferiority due To color or ethnic background or any number of reasons people find to hate people and I am looking forward to the flurry of thumbs down that last comment will generate.

It is very hard to get a Democrat elected without the teen or minority vote. The people who actually pay the bills and support this country do not want Democrats in office.



That is why there is a huge shift from Democrat to Republic as people age...but almost zero shift from Republican to Democrat.



As you get older and wiser...you see the light.



Minorities can move into white neighborhoods by buying homes there any day, year, decade or century.

If is widely KNOWN and PROVEN that OBAMA at the helm of Acorn filed LAWSUITS of discrimination against banks - who in turned were forced to loosen loan requirements and loan money to people they KNEW could NOT afford the loans.



Those LAWSUITS filed in COURTS ARE THE PROOF.



You know why houses in "white" neighborhoods cost more? They are low/no crime, clean, we kept and no one drives down the road at 60 mph and blasts their rap - boom- boom -boom while pit bulls roam the streets.



My neighbors are black. They act and are treated NO DIFFERENT than anyone else in the neighborhood. Of course they want NOTHING to do with blacks. Are ashamed of the way MOST blacks act...and (their quote) they wanted their children to speak English rather than ghetto.
