Why did Obama say the only connection between him and Ayers was their kids went to school together?

Ayers children are all grown and in their 30's how did Obamas kids who are in grade school attend school with his kids?



Also, Obama and Ayers served as the heads on an education commission. Obama also had his introduction to politics and fundraising events at Ayers house. Why is he lying about this?Why did Obama say the only connection between him and Ayers was their kids went to school together?All politicians lie, some are just better at it than others. It would seem that Obama really stinks at it.|||I never heard anybody say that. Ayers is old enough to be Obama's father, I think. They both sat on a foundation board for a while and they both teach at Univ of Chicago - though not in the same schools.

Problem is no one can find any such statement by Obama anywhere. Then Obama says he has warned about the Earmark process yet he has never proposed any reforms. Same with him saying he has warned about the problems at Fannie and Freddie for years. Hes a BIG FAT LIAR!! Obama never warned anyone or called for reforms or investigation !! Frank Raines is on his campaign staff as a economic advisor !! OBAMA YOU ARE A G DAMM LIAR!!!|||Because he believes Americans are ill-informed and he can get by with a pat lie. Obama – Ayers Radical Education CAC

Obama led an education foundation called the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC) from 1995 – 1999 and remained on the board until 2001. The group put $100 million into the hands of community organizers and radical education activists. The founder for CAC was Bill Ayers. The annual reports and some board minutes were public, however the groups that the CAC funded and rejected were not. Ayers was the one who appointed Obama straight out of law school to the top of this organization. The CAC’s agenda called for infusing student and their parents with a radical political commitment and downplayed achievement tests in favor of activism. Ayer’s stated “I’m a radical, Leftist, small ‘c’ communist” to Ron Chepesiuk’s interview of him. The problem was that instead of funding schools directly it required the schools to affiliate with “external partners” which actually got the money. Money for math and science were turned down and instead offered to far-left organizations such as Association of Community Organization for Reform Now (ACORN). The same organization that was in an earmark for this current $700 billion bailout, having $165 billion going to ACORN a radical group that has been known for Voter Fraud. Obama worked close with that group and they worked close with him in his campaigning. ACORN has been known to block stores such as Wal-Mart from coming into poorer neighborhoods so, they can lobby for more government aid to cure the ills of our society all the while being sued for not paying minimum wages to their employees! Wow talk about taking advantage of the poor! Obama is a participant with Ayers.. not guilty by association. That’s huge!



Obama’s campaign is claiming Obama hardly knew Ayers and won’t allow access to the files which should are public. According to Stanley Kurtz, Professor from the Ethics and Public Policy Center “The Chicago Annenberg Challenge stands as Barack Obama's most important executive experience to date. By its own account, CAC was a largely a failure.” he goes on to say “And a series of critical evaluations point to reasons for that failure, including a poor strategy, to which the foundation over-committed in 1995, and over-reliance on community organizers with insufficient education expertise. The failure of CAC thus raises entirely legitimate questions, both about Obama's competence, his alliances with radical community organizers, and about Ayers's continuing influence over CAC and its board, headed by Obama. Above all, by continuing to fund Ayers's personal projects, and those of his political-educational allies, Obama was lending moral and material support to Ayers's profoundly radical efforts. Ayers's terrorist history aside, that makes the Ayers-Obama relationship a perfectly legitimate issue in this campaign.”
