Buffet stated today that Obama will most likely need another stimulus plan. Sounds like Japan in the 90's and today they have a 14% unemployment number and the debt of the GDP ratio was an incredible 217 % as of April 2009. Does this administration have any history books available to them? If a new bill is a correction to the original that concentrates on investment spending in education, infrastructure, energy, research, and mitigation of the mortgage crisis for home ownder rather than banks with an eye on creation of immediate jobs, then I would be for it.
