What does differing header mean?

APA 6th edition has a header that is different for the title page than the remaining pages in the document. see if you can discover the option in the Header/Footer Contextual Ribbon that permits the differing headers in microsoft office word 2010?|||Word's ribbon is a mystery, but OOo's Help, Header, shows step by step for "Defining Different Headers and Footers" from the menubar.

Differing header is a confusing way to say a different header on different pages. Generally that means no header on the first page and right and left would have page numbers on opposite sides.
