Why would the Obama campaign not release the birth certificate they claim is valid and certified?

The Obama camaign website claims they have this document why won't they send it to the court? What is BO hiding or is he just lying?Why would the Obama campaign not release the birth certificate they claim is valid and certified?It seems like it would be an awful lot easier than litigating like hell to avoid producing it.



Yes, people, TWO (that I know of) lawsuits are in Federal Court, both demanding the B.C. be shown to a judge. Obama and the DNC are refusing to just do that and are instead litigating at great length and expense to avoid letting it be seen.



Let's go ahead and assume both of these suits lack merit. Even if that's the case, they can both be brought to a swift end in 1 step that costs nothing: "show it."



So, why go to all the trouble?



Details, people. Some of you are unintentionally making the point AGAINST Obama. The judge can NOT get a copy of Obama's B.C. "factcheck" claims they saw it, handled it etc, but the judge has NOT been allowed this same "courtesy."

Normal channels for getting a certified record DO NOT yield one! That's WHY this case is in court.



ps, Berg now claims to have taken delivery of Certified Kenyan birth documents. It remains to be seen if they are any more verifiable than Obama's "internet B.C."|||It would appear as if he is hiding something wouldn't it? We have a decent guess but without any official documentation, we dont know for sure that Obama is not a Muslim. I honestly have no problem with the religion of the president whoever he/she maybe. If he is not, he does not have the right under the law to become the president of the USA. I have been following Berg's lawsuit. It appears to me that all Obama has to do is to order a "vault", long version, birth certificate. He does not even have to go to Hawaii to do that. That having been said, why has Obama hired a team of lawyers and why is he paying them such extraordinary salaries to files motions to stop Berg's lawsuit. Furthermore, Berg, a Democratic lawyer, not a Republican, has evidence that Obama's kenyan grandmother has stated that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya at a hospital there. Also, Berg claims to have the same evidence from one of Obama's sisters. Frankly, something smells here and I believe it the fact that Obama is not an American citizen and was not even born in America. For those non believers, I suggest they open their eyes and push on your links, and quit turning a blind eye and a deaf. This case is going to court sooner or later, but may not get there prior to the election. By postponing it, Obama maybe elected. Now, if he gets elected and has the support of a Democratic Congress, can he possibly change the laws of our land, so that he can remain in office as the president of the USA? Any judge in any municipality in the US can get a certified copy directly from the County Clerk's office in the county in Hawaii in which Obama was born. If Judge Joe Brown wants YOUR birth certificate, he can get it with or without YOUR consent.

I have seen photo proof that his real citizenship is in Indonesia. There were certificates verified by factcheck.org that were supposed to be actual birth certificates but factcheck.org was given a $3.5 million donation by Obama through the Annenburg group, and they have a vested interest in him winning. In addition both of the certificates that were presented as valid have already been proven to be bogus because one of them had no seal and the other did, and one of them had no serial number on it.

It's one thing to be loyal to your party and candidate but it is a disgrace to continue to protect someone who is obviously hiding something that would incriminate him and eliminate him from the campaign and possibly get him imprisoned or deported.
