Does anyone remember Obama using a teleprompter during the Democratic primary debates?

I certainly don't.

So, why are the Obama naysayers insisting that he'll do poorly against McCain without one?

Thoughts?Does anyone remember Obama using a teleprompter during the Democratic primary debates?Neither do I. Have you seen McCain reading off of his index cards? Even the statements that I guess are supposed to be coming straight from the heart, showing how fired up he is about something - he's looking down at the index card the whole time and mumbling the words. Bring on those debates!|||Hillary went easy on him, after all they are from the same party. McCain will not be pulling punches like Hillary did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Does anyone remember Obama using a teleprompter during the Democratic primary debates? They are spreading lies just like the GOP machine does|||Just to spread lies, it's what they do best. Does anyone remember Obama using a teleprompter during the Democratic primary debates? No. They are just hoping. They forget that Obama actually got stronger with every debate...|||They are jealous because he is such a good speaker and McCain can't even remember what the question was |||They are dolts. Look at their poster boy Cleofus.

Ever seen anybody as drooling stupid?

|||They don't have anything else to say but to spread lies about Obama. They can't comment on McCain's platform because it is the same as Bush and only 26% of americans support that clown.

So all they talk about is Obama, and then they whine that no one is talking about McCain lol!|||Nope, sure don't.

More lies from the right.

If Obama DID read a teleprompter, he'd do a lot better job than McCain, that's for sure.|||I figure he'll do fine against McCain...but throw Barr into the mix...and they'll both look like fools. :)|||Well here a couple of things to consider. The first is that they are just "naysayers". Many of those that say he is going to do poorly are not his supporters. They are just trying to find fault in someone other than taking a look at their own candidate. Of course everyone has flaws and no human being is perfect, so the same goes for McCain. He has his own flaws. Secondly, it was a known fact that Obama did not do very well against Hilary. I am a supporter of Obama, and I do know that he is better when he has his thoughts organized. Now it does not mean he will do horribly against McCain in the debates again, but what it does mean is that he has something to work on just like we all do. His strength may not be debates, it doesn't make him a terrible person for it, but again the anti-Obama supporters want to relish in the fact that he has flaws and they will do everything they can to point them out.. |||I agree. People cannot credit all of Obama's success on a teleprompter. That is just lazy and immature. I actually can't wait for the debate. I actually like the jokes McCain usually cracks about his age. But I root for Obama. %26gt;_%26gt;|||They're just jealous that Obama doesn't need to read off a teleprompter, read a piece of paper with notes or have Joe Lieberman whispering in his ear every 5 seconds.|||The only debate I watched was the last one between Clinton %26amp; Obama. He was horrible. He couldn't even hardly speak! He kept looking down %26amp; saying uh umm uh- I can't stand him but I was embarrased for him.
