I read recently of how Palin claimed that "Obama is pals with terrorists".
Now i know this is fraud, because Obama was too young to have been friends with him.
But why doesnt Obama strike back and mention Keating 5, the big scandal involving McCain? Is Obama and his staff not attacking hard enough? Or are the Republicans overstepping their boundaries? He would rather win the way he is by talking about the issues. He don't have to resort to lies and smears. McCain is doing damage to his own campaign by resorting to these tactics. He actually thinks we are stupid and won't see through him. |||Look at the polls! People don't want attack ads - the school sex thing - remember how well that went over? The messiah one - what a help that was! This is another mistake on McCain's part. He really needs new advisers - it is like they want him to lose. Is Obama and his staff not attacking hard enough? Or are the Republicans overstepping their boundaries? This is Obama's only response to McCain/Palin:

I think it works... (wink)|||The GOP is paddling furiously and falling farther and farther behind.
They just don't get it that America knows they are the enemies to the state and their own supporters are turning against them.
You think the "Fiscally responsible" southerners liked the bail out package?
Bush bit the hand that fed him and there's no way he can make it up to them now.Is Obama and his staff not attacking hard enough? Or are the Republicans overstepping their boundaries? You're right about Charles Keating. I think other Dems should mention it other than Obama. What is Palin's objective?
She seems effective only when attacking. What are he/she plans to help the economy?
When pressed for an answer she stammers.
She is only fluid when she is attacking Obama!
What type of Christian is she?

|||You know, in all my years, I don't recall ever hearing a candidate say the incumbent VP is "the most dangerous Vice President" we've ever had. Touchy, because many are not thrilled with the current administration, but still crossing boundaries.
But purely from a mud-slinging point of view, what do you think that looked like to Republicans?
I have seen too much bashing of Gov. Palin in the past month to care anymore, and I really hope McCain does "take off the gloves."
