How do I cite an author with a degree after their name (ie. "MD")?

APA 6th Edition - I have several references where the author of the journal article is an MD or RN. Do I list their title in the reference page after their last name? If so, could I see and example using John Doe, RN, PhD? Thanks!|||last name, first name, degree
