In APA 6th edition format. What is the correct way to cite an article printed out from an electronic database?

Normally, I know you would use "para." instead of page number, but what if the article is only one page and you KNOW THE PAGE NUMBER IT IS ON?In APA 6th edition format. What is the correct way to cite an article printed out from an electronic database?
You say "para." if there is no page number. No matter what kind of a source you have (printed or online), if there is a page number, you write the page number -- not the para. number.

Even though it's one page, if you see the page number, write the page number.
