I need help with citing something in APA format?

I am trying to write a research paper and I am having major issues citing my online sources. I need to cite this pdf file, http://teacch.com/research/researchrepor鈥?/a> and I have NO clue how to do this. The author is Eric Schopler, date is 1996, and thats all I got. The APA manual 6th edition does not help me whatsoever and I'm told this is what I need to be using. I'm completely stumped, I hope there is someone out there that can save me!!|||Okay, so it would look something like this.

Schopler, E. (1996). TEACCH research report on autistic children and their families. University of North Carolina. Accessed online at http://teacch.com/research/researchrepor鈥?/a> on (insert date and time).

Don't forget to italics the Universtiy of North Carolina.

I can't promise you this is perfect but that's how I'd do it.|||That website seems unfit to site, usually you have to cite peer-reviewed journal articles. That ".com" is usually a red flag. But regardless, if you want to cite that and there isn't much info, try googling the article and look for it from another source.|||You can NOT cite a pdf file, a file is not a published source.
