Even in a court of law in America Obama would be innocent until proven guilty but in the court of the election for the Presidency it seems people are willing to take any accusation and run with it. Everyone wants to skip around the issue, but the bottom line problem they are having is that he is black. I nagged my grandmother until she admitted it. Obama has a tough road ahead of him. He will need to be the perfect president or he will be tormented by close minded bigots his whole term. I'm glad that this mission will fall to him, I truly believe that he is up to the challenge. |||Even if he was, that would not work on me.



As far as innocent until proven guilty, what about Obama not being able to run.

However, the suspicions that people have of Obama and his "associations" are really getting out of control. People tend to forget that McCain has also been involved in some questionable events. I gave both candidates a fair chance...and swore to myself that I wouldn't vote based on race. What eventually drew me to Obama was his positivity. Through all of the speculation, slander and questions about character...he stayed positive and calm. He also managed to stick to the issues (and not sensationalism) for the majority of his campaign. I told myself that....I am ready to move away from negativity and separation- a divided America. I am ready to become more united and stay positive.|||Not me, I am not voting for emotion, I am voting for who is better for our country.|||He must be. Remember, the Jedi are the good guys in the Star Wars universe!|||The people who are partaking in this mess were just looking for a reason to act out what they were already feeling inside, so this was going to happen regardless. The mistake that we are making is, we are giving them attention.|||What's a Jedi?
