I may not agree with some of President Obama's policy ideas, but there is no way I would ever compare him to Hitler.



Respect is important to me. Even if I didn't vote for the President, he is still my President, and I will always refer to him with respect.



Please remember that there were also many liberals who compared President Bush to Hitler. He nationalized everything, built railroads and created jobs in the government. He formed his own military because the German army did not like him very much.

Conservatives may compare policies that Obama is in favor of...just like Hitler was. The separation comes when you talk about Hitler's ruthless mass murdering, genocidal policies. That's not Obama. Obama drones can't make the separation though because they know nothing of history.|||Both used economic chaos to come to power.

Both called for the redistribution of wealth.

Both were unqualified and inexperienced.. but could give a good speech.

Both called for the creation of a "private" military force that reported only to them.

Both blamed all their failures on somebody else.

Both made promises of handouts to the lower classes.

Both considered themselves a lot smarter than they were, and refused advice from people who knew what they were doing.

Both tried to seize control of the media, and use it to push their agenda.
